There is an almost completely empty sim called Lime near Mauve. There are only 23 prims on it. It's owned by the Governor Linden.
Information that I can find says that there is a Welcome Area is located at the border of Lime/Plum that's used & only opened when something is wrong with the Ahern welcome area or a large influx of users comes into SL.
Naturally a great place to pitch a tent and get ready to call it a night!
